承包合同書
為了調動機動車輛駕駛員的積極性，加強駕駛員愛護車輛的責任心，充分發(fā)揮機動車輛的作用，更好地為發(fā)展工副業(yè)和農業(yè)生產服務，增加集體和個人的收入，經社員代表會議認真討論和甲乙雙方充分協(xié)商，特簽訂本合同，供雙方共同遵守。 第一條 承包機動車輛的型號、噸位及機械狀況：。第二條 承包期限 承包期限為 年，即從 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。 第三條 上交承包費的數(shù)量、時間及辦法 乙方在承包期內共向甲方上交承包費 元，其中， 年上交 元， 年上交 元， 年上交 元，……。每年分 次上交，以現(xiàn)金支付，甲方收費后即出具收據(jù)。每年上交承包費的數(shù)量時間表如下： 時 間 數(shù) 量 時 間 數(shù) 量第四條 甲方的權利義務 １．甲方應將承包機動車輛完好地交給乙方，并隨車交付下列工具給乙方使用： 。 ２．根據(jù)縣石油公司分配給農村機動車輛的燃料指標，合理分配給乙方購買。 ３．甲方有權督促乙方履行合同規(guī)定的義務。
設 備 維 修 合 同 書
經甲乙雙方友好協(xié)商，由乙方承攬甲方3臺搪瓷釜修理工作，雙方本著平等互利、真誠合作原則，結合本工程具體情況，依據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》有關規(guī)定，簽訂本合同，具體條款如下：一、合同內容1.1、乙方承接甲方3臺搪瓷釜修理工作。并按本合同規(guī)定的要求，經驗收合格后交付甲方。1.2、項目內容見技術協(xié)議書。1.3、項目施工地點：山東魯新化工有限公司1.4、交貨期：合同簽訂后乙方開始準備工作，乙方須在規(guī)定工作日內安裝、調試完畢，并交付甲方使用。 二、合同價格合同總價為人民幣（大寫）金額為：壹萬元整，￥10000元，在雙方未簽訂新的協(xié)議之前，任何一方不得修改此費用。三、結算方式 設備維修、維護完畢，甲方檢定并驗收后，乙方出具全額增值稅發(fā)票，甲方在收到發(fā)票后一個周內支付給乙方合同總價的100％，人民幣（大寫）壹萬元整，￥10000元。四、技術要求和技術標準4.1、詳見雙方技術協(xié)議書（合同附件）。4.2、要求設備維修、維護完畢后質量穩(wěn)定可靠，操作方便。性能、精度應完全符合技術協(xié)議中的技術質量標準和相關行業(yè)標準。五、甲方承擔的義務和責任向乙方提供設備改造所必須的技術資料。甲方負責管道的蒸、吹、洗等管線的置換，以及物料管線內的物料退返、隔離工作。以防拆除過程中生產物料的跑、冒、滴、漏的發(fā)生，或可能因物料的跑、冒、滴、漏的發(fā)生造成危險。有必要提供維修時的環(huán)境因素。
APP開發(fā) 合 同 書
甲、乙雙方經友好協(xié)議，就甲方委托乙方開發(fā)《 》（以下簡稱“本軟件”）的事宜達成一致并同意訂本合同。除非有特別的說明，本合同中“委托方”與“甲方”指同一主體；“受托方”與“乙方”系指同一主體。一、項目內容1. 甲方委托乙方開發(fā)的軟件《 》（以下簡稱“本軟件”） 可以在□AppleiOS(OS9.0+) □Android(OS5.0+) 環(huán)境下運行的軟件，軟件需求（以下簡稱“需求”）雙方協(xié)商確定。2. 本合同APP應用開發(fā)的欄目架構及相關功能開發(fā)細節(jié)由《APP開發(fā)需求表》載明。（APP需求表見附件一）二、合同價款和付款方式1. 本合同總價款包括乙方相關的稅費及軟件開發(fā)期間辦理相關手續(xù)的所有費用。該價款為固定包干價，除上述款項外，甲方無需支付任何其它款項。2. 付款方式： 本次APP軟件的開發(fā)總費用為￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），軟件開發(fā)之前甲方需要向乙方預付總金額的20%作為保證金，即￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），軟件驗收合格后三日內支付總費用的70%，即￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），剩余的費用作為本項目質保金，即￥ 元（大寫：人民幣 元整），在缺陷責任期滿后一個星期內支付。
養(yǎng)護合同書
根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》規(guī)定，遵循平等自愿、互利公平和誠實合作的原則,明確雙方權利義務關系，經甲乙雙方協(xié)商達成如下協(xié)議：一、 甲方委托乙方負責甲方新，舊辦公院內外所有花草樹木的養(yǎng)護和管理。二、 期限：養(yǎng)護期為一年，自 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。三、 養(yǎng)護費用為人民幣 元，大寫： 。四、 付款方法：合同到期后經驗收一次性付清。 五、 甲方負責養(yǎng)護范圍內所有苗木的安全管理，如人為損壞由甲方全部負責。甲方提供水源、電源、工具臨時安放點（水、電費由甲方負擔）。如因水、電源不暢而造成養(yǎng)護范圍內的植物死亡，造成的損失由甲方負責。六、 乙方在接管養(yǎng)護前應清點甲方現(xiàn)有的苗木，如有死亡和無法補救的苗木，要向甲方提出并記錄在案，乙方在養(yǎng)護期間如有花木自然死亡，乙方要及時報知甲方，協(xié)商補種。七、 乙方在養(yǎng)護期間，嚴格按《太原市綠化養(yǎng)護條例》標準養(yǎng)護管理。如乙方未按條例養(yǎng)護，造成損失，甲方有權要求乙方承擔相應的賠償責任。
